Yes, we do.  We take American Express, Visa and Master Card only.  There will be 1% to 2% charge levy on top if you make your payment by credit card.  We may also require you to write authorization form (we will supply you in due course) and get scan copy of the credit card.

Yes, you must get travel insurance covered if you make tour bookings with us.  You are required to send us the travel insurance document before you go. 

For very last minute cancellation, it is unlikely you can get any refund.  You are advised to purchase some travel insurance which generally covers (within limit) your prepaid expanses due to medicial reason. 
However, if you cancel the trip weeks or months ahead or departure, you may get most of what you paid except air tickets cancellation fee and our handling charge.  For details, please check \\\"Cancellation and Refund\\\" under \\\"Booking Procedure\\\".
