- L type visa means Tourist Visa which issued to a foreigner who comes to China for sightseeing or visiting family members or friends or for other personal affairs.
- F type visa means Business Visa which is issued to a foreigner who is invited to China for a visit, an investigation, a lecture, to do business, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or internship for a period of no more than six months.
- Surcharge for Business Visa (F) is HK$100 for single, double and multiple entry visa.
- Same day application is also available, but must be submitted before 10a.m. Generally is HK$800 on top of urgent 2 working days prices. Please call us for details 2838 7712.
- Generally speaking, all visitors to Hong Kong with an up-to-date entry stamp on the passport can apply.
- Multiple entry visa are restricted to residents who have already grant with work visa or dependent visa in Hong Kong (except for American passport holders). In addition, applicants for multiple entry visa are required to present a past dated China visa, see below Requirements for details.
- Only holders of HK Permanent Identity Card can apply for 3-year multiple entry visa.
- There are a few countries passports cannot apply China visa in Hong Kong, please check with us for details.
- If you are not physically in Hong Kong, you cannot apply through us.
- Passport: Your valid passport must have at least six (6) months of remaining validity and at least one blank visa page in it. If your passport is brand new or relatively new, your last immediate passport is also required.
- Recent photo: one color photo of 2x1½ inch or 2x2 inch
- HK ID card copy (if available)
- Business card, with company address and applicant's title on it (for applying F type and multiple entry visa only).
Remarks for multiple entry visa application:
- Evidence of a past dated China visa is required (landing visa granted at the border is NOT counted). This can be an expired China visa on the current passport or on the previous passport, or even a photo copy of the visa.
- Your passport must contain minimum 4 blank visa pages.
- To apply 1-year multiple entry visa, your HK work or dependent visa on the passport should be valid for minimum one year. If validity is less than one year, even a few days storage, will result in apply for 6-month multiple entry visa only.

Usually the validity of a Single Entry or Double Entry "L" visa is 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue. This means the holder of the visa shall enter China no later than 90 days or 180 days from the date of issue, otherwise the visa will be expired and is null and void.
Normally the duration of stay is 30 days, which means the holder of the visa may stay in China for up to 30 days from the date of entry.

Payment is due upon receiving of passport(s) with visa(s) already been done.
- All applications should be submitted before 12 noon or it will be treated as next day application. For example, if we receive the materials before 11a.m, you can get it back the next working day afternoon for an urgent application (2 working days). If we receive the materials after 12noon on Monday, you can only get it back on Friday afternoon for normal application (4 working days, provided no public holiday on that week)
- Delivery of passports usually at around 5 p.m.. If you need it earlier, we can try to make it around 4p.m. but this is no guarantee.
- Final decision on the validity, duration of stay and times of entry of a visa is subject to Visa Officers. Our role is to help providing services to save your time and effort, we make no influence to the Visa Officers on your application.
- Should additional relevant documents are required and thus may delay the application, we do not provide any compensation. You may choose to withdraw your application and there is no charge if visa is not being done yet. But you may only be able to get the materials back the next working day after being informed.
- If the application is rejected of whatever reason, we will not charge you for anything. However, in case validity or duration of stay is shorted, we will not make any compensation. Nevertheless, we shall charge according to the type of visa being made. For example, if you apply for a multiple entry visa, but only double entry visa is grant, we shall only charge you for double entry visa fee.
